Any item shipped to an apartment address, will be shipped with signature verification.
I ship in the AM, Pacific Time, via USPS Ground, Tuesday through Saturday, and am unavailable Sundays and Mondays. Any questions received after 5:30pm Pacific will be answered the following morning, unless the following morning is Sunday or Monday.
