This is a R134a (1/2" ACME) Screw-on can taper with a R12 or R22, 1/4" Charging Hose ConnectionES Part# 3345
The 1/4" female connection to the system does have a valve core depressor on it!
This will allow you to tap into refrigerant cans that have the 1/2" Male ACME (Envirosafe and R134a cans) and then charge R12 or R22 systems.
