Product Description
Application:
1. Suitable for PVC, ABS, melamine, wood skin and other materials of Veneers.
2. Except for conventional curve and straight line edge banding, can edge banding smaller radius inner arcs, S type arc, wave arc and other boards.
3. Recommend to use medium and low temperature hot melt adhesive.
The Glue Box
The hot melt adhesive is poured into the glue box, and the sol melts gradually with the increase of temperature, and can reach the use temperature for banding in about 5 minutes.
When the work is finished, the temperature can be rapidly lowered, so that the hot melt glue solidifies and is easy to collect and carry.
The Banding Parts
The main structure of the machine, such as glue tank, central board, gluing system and so on, is made of aluminum alloy.
The glue wheel made of nitrile rubber material, wear-resistant and high temperature resistance, longer life.
Gluing shaft with grid shape increases the contact area of the glue surface and spreads the glue more evenly and denser.
The Worktable
The machine is equipped with a small worktable.
When banding different types of small boards, place the boards on the worktable and push the boards for edge banding.
The legs of the table have fixed holes, so the machine can be fixed for use.
