FULPER 12" CONSOLE BOWL/FLOWER FROG BROWN/GOLD GLAZES c1917-27 MINT F490
This Fulper console bowl and flower frog measure 3.25" high by 12" long for the bowl, and the flower frog measures 1" high by 3.5" long.  They are glazed in a brown and golden caramel glaze combination.  The bowl is marked with the incised racetrack, and the flower frog is unmarked.  It dates to c1917-1927.  This set is in mint condition, with the usual glaze nuances, common to Fulper pots.
